Re: Tanning for half a month, skin is peeling!

CoCoa butter, i guess you don't knwo what it is it gets rid of stretchmarks and scars and its also an after tanning lotion (thats what it says its for on the uses on the label)
I shower in the morning, when i get home from school right before i go to work, and when I get home at night. You guys diddn't answer my question, i asked if my skin would blend in with my tan skin (where it peeled a little) and do you have any tips for that or just for anything?

Re: Tanning for half a month, skin is peeling!

HELLO!?!?! Are you not HEARING US? You have to STOP TANNING, WAIT OUT THE PEELING, THEN START TANNING VERY SLOWLY. Once every other day is more than enough.

That's it. Forget about the coca butter or whatever. You have damaged your skin and need to wait till it's repaired itself before hammering it with UV especially in the manner described here.

(Joe...you ARE a man right?.....and you are worried about stretch marks?????)

Re: Tanning for half a month, skin is peeling!

I'm not hearing you but i'm reading you. I was just reading what the label read when I typed stretch marks and you are RUDE as ****. My question was since my skin is peeling its gonna be a different color than the skin that diddn't peel. I was asking what would happen, like, will it eventually blend in with my tan skin? If so, how long will that take? Do you have any tips on how to help it blend faster if it takes a while to blend in with my tan skin? What do you mean about forget the cocoa butter? Wont that help heal my skin? Should i just not put any moisturizer on my body?

no. Stop with the faster. You already tried that and here you are peeling. When it's healed it's healed. Now go sit in the corner.

Re: Tanning for half a month, skin is peeling!

? who knows - everyone's skin is different - take tanworlds advice - don't tan til it's gone - and moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! drink lots of water too -
and let us know how you come out in the end - you have killed off those skin cells and they are just sluffing off now and you need to give them a chance to rejvinate...give it some time

Re: Tanning for half a month, skin is peeling!

i have never heard of cocoa butter tanning lotion? who makes it?

a really great moisturizer is hempz body butter by supre tho - but it's not a tanning lotion - it's an after tan moisturizer (or after shower or any time) :)
