And, oh yeah, I meant to add: Both steroids and Acutane are seriously bad for you. Either one can mess you up for life. Both of them? I wouldn't recommend it, unless you want your kids to have webbed-feet.

Using steroids is not hot...comming from a wmns perspective. We like to know a man can do it all on his own, without help from drugs. imo Go get youself to a skin tech, get a facial...they can tell you what to use.

With accutane, its being prescribed by the dermatologist, hopefully within the next month and Im sure they will sit me down and consult me about the pros and cons and how to reduce or prevent side effects which from reading about it, no doubt I will experience.

Its just that, here in UK, Filipinos dont really have so much acne, well the ones born here anyway, especially people round my age. Its put a small dent in my confidence even though Ive had quite a few gf's in the past.

Do you recommend any particular branding for men with oily skin in general, especially for the face?
At the moment, Im using Nivea and Lab Series (not sure if you get these in the states).

I hear ya.....it's not what you're looking to hear but....i'll just mention it once more. I've known/seen sooooo many guys who do all the research.....become amateur roid doctors and think their doing things somewhat safely. WRONG !!! Really, give it some thought. You're being short sighted here. like most other drugs......short term "benefits/pleasure" and then the problems start. You will regret it down the road. Save yourself the health and other problems and stop it now. Vanity isn't worth it.

actually I say take all the drugs you can get your hands on. The faster you are removed from reality the better off we all are.

Thanks for the concern Bronzeman11, I know what Im getting involved in. I wont be using for the next 10 years or so anyway.

Mikejones, what a constructive comment. If you have nothing constructive to say, dont say anything at all. From your post, what do you think you could have achieved?

If a mod comes to this thread, I would like to request this post to be deleted as Im not getting so much help from here.

Ummm Yeah HI EVERYONE! I'm a heavy drug user and was wondering what I could use to counteract the acne I'm getting from the heavy drugs. I was thinking of taking something that could actually KILL me when combined with the drugs but I'm not sure.

I'd rather ask you house wives what you thought.

Think I'll vote, leave it up. There's been some very good advice that may benefit others. It wasn't the answers you were looking for Stone101 but that's life. Can all these people be wrong and you're the only one right? You already know what's going to happen. Your muscles will grow including your heart. Your tendons and bones will not grow in proprtion to support what you will ask your muscles to do. All of this to impress an unknown female and satisfy the ego. Stick with the natural and healthy diet and exercise. You might be surprised who looks your way.
