SKIN SHEDDING,TANNNG UNEVEN hi my name is chloe and i have tanned every day for about 2 weeks. i use a tingle lotion and occasionally a bronzer and i like never burn, and tan easily. ive gotten dark but here is my problem: *my skin is SHEDDING. it is very dry and is like peeling, only without the sunburn and it looks more like its a severe dry skin case or something. it started on my stomach and boobs but now its EVERYWHERE. as an additional result to this, my skin color is now becoming blotchy.... my skin has a blotchy, uneven tan just about everywhere and it straight up SUCKS. i bought an after-tanning lotion as well and its not seeming to help PLEASE HELP-- in desperate need of what to do???!!! |
Re: SKIN SHEDDING,TANNNG UNEVEN Where did you buy these lotions from? Names? What type of soap are you using? What type of tanning are you doing i.e. regular, high pressure, etc. Are you using a moisturizer after showering? What is the name. |

Names? bought it from LA Tans. the tingle one is called australian gold blazin w/ tingle bronzing hemp. i only used the bronzer like 3 times maybe so its mainly been the tingle What type of soap are you using? softsoap naturals body wash What type of tanning are you doing i.e. regular, high pressure, etc. i started at a "level one" (as they call it-- level 5 is the highest) and skipped to level three b/c i already had a base tan Are you using a moisturizer after showering? What is the name. yeah... curel ultra healing 24 hours.... then i started putting on Hempz herbal moisturizer (also boutght from my tanning salon) after tanning and whenver i could put it on...ive used half the bottle in like 2-3 days -- and its not a small bottle lol\ __________________ Why in the world are you tanning every day for the past 2 weeks? i dont tan year round, but when i do tan i go like everyday. im like a tanaholic lol. but chya ....spring break starts this friday __________________ Chloe, do not feel at all self-conscious about your shedding, blotchy skin. Re: SKIN SHEDDING,TANNNG UNEVEN uugghh my whole skin is like blotchy now. its almost like it gets so dry that my tan just falls off in certain areas or something....its so disgusting and i have no idea what to do...ive heard about tinea versicolor -- i really hope its not that but who knows.... my whole body is like soooo dry right now, and like its naturally a little drier than most peoples, but this is ridiculous lol. even the Hempz lotion by supre, which my salon said was really good, only helps for a short amount of time. spring break is in like 5 days and the thought of me in a bikini in florida isnt sounding like too yummy of a picture nemore :( |
