Thanks. Its been a tough year here in Colorado Springs so far. Electric Beach just closed their doors two weeks ago without notice, the sixth tanning salon to close in the past year here. We posted a notice on their door and went to our local paper to let them know that we would honor contracts for any Electric Beach member who got burned.

When salons close like this, still selling memberships and taking money from customers until their last day, it just gives all of a black eye. So hopefully we'll win some new members down the road, but at least they'll know the majority of us are reputable business owners who take care of our customers.

As far as the Lumiere and spa services, if you look at the website I finally got around to getting up this year (www.ssatlantis.com), we break out spa services as a separate category now. The website is still a work in progress and next we'll work on getting the blogs and communications packages up and running for customers.

But we're closing in on our 100 member VIP max now, with 71 VIP's. At $99.00 down and more importantly, $79.95 a month for a one year contract, that cash flow is making a huge difference in our business. We're healthy right now, which in this environment, I'll take any day.

Did you ever incorporate skin rejuvenation into your salon? I believe you were talking about the LTS Phototherapy Chair -- it does the hands, face and neck at the same time. First off let me say this. Anyone who is interested in LED therapy needs to come to the ITA show and LEARN what REALLY works and what does NOT. Sometimes things that are advertised as " Stronger" does not mean it works better. I saw Lumiere's all over the place at the trade show. They are now 16k. Much better than the 35k I paid. Glad to see Tony and Ray are gone. What a couple of shisters. I'll have to check out the Sircuit Skin.

Lumiere is hard to market. But it is starting to work for us. Once someone tries it, its sold. Getting the word out is the hard part. Once someone hears what it can do and gets to try it free, then feels the difference immediately its a big hit. People are pretty close with their money right now, we have been targeting getting a few people with problem skin and taking before and after pics 8 sessions worth. It seems to help make the sale.
Its going to take some time for people to get the idea of Lumiere because everyone wants a magic pill with instant pudding to be skinny, no wrinkles and tan too!
