Rep Power: 0 | bacne? So by summer/spring break i want to get rid of my bacne or hide it. I was thinking tanning might help or not make it look bad. Its very mild and nothing people would gross out over. Any lotions or ideas? Currently tanning 2-3 times a week on 12 mins on a standard bed with believe lotion |

*Tanning can make some acne worse escpecially if you are a profuse sweater Bacteria can forment(sp). If you are it will really help you if you use a stand up or lay on your belly in the beds. . * Get a Back scrubber, use in shower with yellow bar dial soap or a soap that's first 4 ingredients contain tea tree oil. * Get a back facial, they not only feel good they really work. Especially if the esthetican uses a lactic peel( if they do this no tanning) which is quite agressive on acne. * If you are in sports, after pratice or a game. Take a shower, or if you are not able to. Change your shirt right away. *Use stridex pads really great for back acne. After a shower or exercise have someone wipe down your back going aggressivly over your more acne prone areas. You will see great results. Hope this helps.

AZ, sometimes DHA (common bronzer - also listed as a 'clear bronzer') can make you break out . . . . why dont you switch to something non-bronzer . . . there is a cream-gel lotion from Emerald Bay that is specifically for oily skin . . . cant remember the name right now but it was new last year, has 'oil chasers' to absorb . . . you may want to ask @ your salon |
