I had a tanner recently that developed a rash from AG Free Spirit.
She has tanned with me for years and no problems with any other lotions.

I didn't give her a refund, just offered her something else to try.

No refund. But yes, have her try a hypo-allergenic lotion.

i broke out on my arms and legs and it happend to be from the sanatizer they were using on the beds!

Yes we have had this happening too: someone allergic to the sanatizer!

Good idea to first give her another packet or cup to try and then you know whether it was the lotion or something else.... Can be so many things...
