I have heard of the Botox thing being a good thing if it makes you feel better about yourself...I have had alot of my older friends do it, and they feel that they look better (I don't see much difference) Course, I don't love them for their wrinkles either...

If botox is injected into certain areas it can actually have a VERY similar effect as having a face lift and brow lift. For ALOT less $$$ and pain and recovery time. I LOVE the stuff and restylane.

Is there a set fee (range) for Botox? Or does it differ on the area you are in?

Usually 500 a pop.

It varies by where you live. Most places charge by the amount they use. The place I go has 'Botox' days. If you go on those days, you only have to pay for what you use. Once they open a vial of it it has to be used within a certain amount of time so if they do a lot of people on one day everyone shares the expense.

Pam is right. I was told if I brought a friend with me I could get a discount. I was quoted 300.00. I am 35 yrs. old and going to fight age every step of the way. I am getting lines around my eyes so I am going to do it the first of the year as a gift to myself. I'm a little nervous about injecting poison into myself. Especially since there has not been any studies of the long term effects or 'consequences'. I'll let ya'all know how it turns out. I started this thread because one of my customers had a great outcome and it got me wanting to do it. Hoping my result is as great as hers.
