Rep Power: 27 | It might work.. I use to use lemon jucie on my hair to give it a more sunkissed look. But I suggest going to an skin specialist for the real deal. _________________ [ This Message was edited by: Mitzi on 2005-08-05 16:18 ] |

Rep Power: 71 | Lemon juice will work but the results are slow and gradual. If you go to a skincare specialist they can educate you on your condition and what treatment will be best for you. I use in my lighting facial, a sliced lime that is pushed through the skin with a galvanic current and this works wonders. Limes are a little stronger than lemons. The newest product to use in lightening creams is black licorice this seems to have a great brightening affects. If you decide to treat your spots remember that they will comeback if you do not use sunscreen, always apply sunscreen even if you are just going to the mail box. If you decide to treat your spots I would have to recommend a series of skin peels using either glycolic, tca depending how agressive you want it. I would recommend starting a treatment in the fall, it is too hard to stay out of the sun in the summer which makes the treatment difficult to perform with great success. I hope this helps. |
