Cause brown spots? Mine is on my face she in a few small areas of the forehead. I take Effexor XL, and Toporol as well.

I am doing my best to get rid of them, Mary Microdermation, More spf on the face, and definately not tanning it, using a self tanning. I used someone's great advise, and strarted using CQ10, 100mgs. as well.

Please hlep. I am tanner and and don't want to stop................helppppppp.........

Any medication that causes hormone fluctuations can cause brown spots. Brown spots on the face are common in pregnant women because of the homonal changes. Are you on BC pills or some other hormone altering medication? If so, you might want to talk to your doctor. The brown spots can appear even without tanning.

The brown spots might be because of an age spot or tanning lotion. It is common to have those. I never had them before I started using bronzers. I know of cream that can lighten those up though. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to because I have this spot on my forehead that's bothering me. If you go to this site, you might be able to find a skin lightening cream to fade the darker areas.
