I normally start off people who are very fair in our basic level 1 bed for 5 minutes max, just so I can see how their skin reacts to it. They may feel like the session was worthless, but it works from the inside out, and it does take time to build up a base, especially if you have fair and stubborn tanning skin. If you don't feel the salon was catering to your needs, or being a good consultant, go somewhere else. And the goggles can leave lines, but just move them around a bit during the session so you don't give it time to leave a temporary imprint. ) |

Rep Power: 0 | I agree with a couple points from the previous posts: make sure the salon is certified and the place seems clean and friendly. You shouldn't have any problems with it. If you need the counter people to answer questions for you, either call before and ask or just ask when you get there. Don't be uncomfortable because, honestly, everyone is in the same boat. Everyone had to learn what works best for them at some point. For the stretch marks, I'm a big fan of Strivectin. It's what's worked the best for me. Have fun with it. It should be your leisure time. |
