nose piercing, pleaseeeee help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi there all, i am new to this site so bare with me if this is already discussed!! i work for a tanning salon and we are asked to keep up our tan so that we look well like you should when you work at a parlor! which i have no prob with cause i love it, but i am wanting to get a nose piercing and someone warned me that i could get discoloration on my nose from the stud and i was wondering if someone could please tell me what this is all about!!! thanks so much i really appreciate your help!

You might want to ask your employer if he/she minds having employees with facial piercings.

trust me she doesn't at all, if you saw the other girls i work with and not only that but one of them has one already!!

Your going to put piercings in your nose. Your not going to want it later in life. But I will save my story on that. To answr your question I have seen people tan with them and have not had problems. However they were the tiny one's. Now if you go with the large one that is the size of a bullet I'm not sure to be honest. But I would take a couple days break after installation of it. But like I said your not gonna want it. I had friends who are girls that have done it and a couple weeks later or a month never put it back in. It's a phase that does not stay with someone. Unless your in a rock band.

Thats the great thing about piercings ~ when you don't want them anymore you can just take them out, a nose piercing will not leave a scar or discoloration, the only time you need to worry is when you start stretching.
You'll be fine to tan.

i have my nose pierced and there is no problems what so ever with it..i'm not in a rock band and its been pierced for 4 yrs now, its very tiny you don't really notice it.Discoloration might be from cheap jewlery..

All this time we thought you were in a rock band.LOL I don't really have a problem with the tiny one's it's the one's the size of a bullet that I do. Actually the tiny one's look good on some people.

My nose is pierced as well. No problems at all.
