naturally pale

i'm naturally very pale, in skin and in hair etc and where i live there is'nt a lot of sunshine. I don't neccacarilly want a "tan" as such but i want a more normal pigment colour skin. Is there anyone else out there in this situation, and does anyone have any tips for a palid tanner?

Do you tan at all? If you don't tan at all and whenever you get any sun you just burn, I would suggest you do a UV free spray tan or possibly some sunless tanning lotion.

If you have a local tanning salon, stop by and have them skintype you. If you are a skintype 2 or better, you should be able to establish some color through tanning. If you are a skintype 1, then Lusheeta's suggestion of doing sunless is the way to go.
