So I'm at 10min but dont know when it is time to increase the time I spend in the bed? When do I go to 11 or 12min?

stay at the 10 min for the first week the up it by 2 min the second & so on, PS go back to your other post to get more info.

You can increase your time when you tan a session and do not have any pink or red after tanning. Then you can SLOWLY increase your time by a min or two until you are at the full tanning session.

Assuming that you go to a salon where the employees don't have a clue (like the one I go to), here's what I do:

If you've been going for 10 minute sessions with no burning, then you can increase your time by one or two minutes. So, I would go for 11 or 12 minutes for three sessions. If you notice any burning (even just a little pink), then drop your time by a minute and stay there for 3 sessions. If you don't notice any burning after 3 sessions, then increase your time by another 1 or 2 minutes. I tan fairly easily, so I usually increase by 2. But, if you're fair skinned, you may want to go for 1 minute increases.
