Rep Power: 23 | OMG I'm going nutzzzzzzzzzzzzz funz. My skin is so dry and itchy the past week or so. I've been drinking lots of water and moisturizing several times a day with the Total Immersion... it isn't helping. I even resorted to using Butter a few times. any ideas on what else I should do? my back is making me crazy. I need to find a boy to rub lotion on it. hehehehe |

Rep Power: 23 | The water and total immersion should really help with dry skin, maybe you are having a reaction to the Total Immersion??? How long have you been using it? Did u just use a new lotion this week?? Did you get a sunburn on your back? Sincerely, the new and improved Meltdbutta |

Rep Power: 23 | nothing new... I've been using Total Immersion for months now. my back hasn't been exposed to UV in awhile b/c I haven't gone to the salon lately, therefore no new lotions either. I can't imagine what the reason for this is. PS... um, what is so new and improved about you, Chris? |

Rep Power: 23 | hahaha Teresa... I got my sister to rub the lotion on my back for me. no I haven't used a new detergent. The skin isn't red, peeling, or flaky. It is a dull itch and yes I have had a fever all over the past few days..... |

Rep Power: 0 | You might want to try some hydrocortisone cream. My son has a problem with exczema, stemming from his allergies and asthma. This is the only thing that works for his excessively dry skin. You can find it in any pharmacy, or get a stronger prescription strength from your doctor. It was also reccommended to us that he bathe only every other day (with tepid water)to help prevent further dryness...hope this helps! Good luck! |

Rep Power: 24 | angeleyes Still a Newbie Posted: 9/24/02 6:26a -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You might want to try some hydrocortisone cream. Excellent advice here.. You could have a bit of allergy from something.. The feverish feeling is something to watch out for.. if it continues see your doctor.. but the hydrocot should help you quite a bit .. |
