Hottanning

Michelle, DO NOT use a SPF in a tanning bed, NEVER EVER DO THIS!!!! (use a SPF if your face is sensitive to tanning) Indoor tanning is controlled enviornment, so you don't burn, outside is the place to use an SPF. DO NOT TAN EVERYDAY, like Neon said go every other day to develope you base tan, then maybe twice to three times a week to keep up your tan. I will say again do not tan everyday, your skin needs time to develope your tan so if you tan everyday your to giving your skin the time its needs to really breathe and develope that tan. Like Greek Princess said MOISTURIZE MOISTURIZE MOISTURIZE, and take it slow, if you move up too much in time, then you end up burning, then you have to wait a week before you can go again, and you end up losing your tan.
