Not getting as dark as expected

Help? Any ideas on what lotion I can recommend to one of my customers. She has tried several but has been tanning for almost a month now with very little result. She has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Does she moisturize with salon sold moistuizer or the stuff from other places?
Is she using bar soap or shower gel?
Is she on any meds?
What kind of tanning lotion is she using?
What is her skin type?
What kind of beds do you have and what is the maintence like?
