under eye dark circles

I am sonia,28yrs absolutely fit with no health problems but having under eye dark circles.pls. suggest me hoe can i get rid of this permanently and 100%. What is laser resurfacing? will it work ? I have fine lines around mouth,any cream to reduce or any laser treatment to get rid of.

I learned from a while ago that placing lotion under your eyes in some way promotes the darker circles. I used to have them and would be putting concealer on to cover them. When the lady told me the correct way to put the eye cream on my dark circles disappeared. She told me to put the cream on my pinkies and just do the place of your eye where you get the crows feet wrinkles. It had something to do with how thin the skin is under your eyes. Worth a shot, it worked for me'
