Rep Power: 18  | Re: White freckles Idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis. 2 to 5mm flat white spots found mostly on forearms and shins. Most often seen on sun-exposed areas. Affects fair skinned people mostly. Can be inherited. Become more noticeable as one ages. Not dangerous to one's health. |
