For most of my life since i was 13 I have had a red like rash on my arms.It is little red bumps from about an inch below my shoulder and an ince above my elbow.its only on the outside part of my arms. My sister also had this problem, but somehow her rash disapered.I use a "buff puff"on my arms everyday in the shower with soap and then put cetaphil (just a moisturizing cream)on my arms after. My arms are very soft except for where i have the little bumps.The bumps are red, but so is all the area around them, so my whole upper arm is. My doctor gave me a special lotion, amlactin, or somthing like that, but it didnt help.My mom has had pretty bad skin problems all her life, like eczema, so when she was younger she had to sit under a sun lamp which helped her.She said that tanning beds might help my arms, but so far they havent helped.Maybe I need to go more often.Does anyone have the same rash on their arms? Any suggestions? Thanks so much!
