The only thing is, when you use a bronzer you'll have a hard time determining if your colour is actually from the UV exposure or just the lotion.

My daughter is a natural redhead with the blue eyes and freckles that go with it. She gets great results with Love Junkie. The sticker idea is great to check her progress. Also, she might want to consider a bed other than the standard 20 minute bed. My daughter can go the full 15 minutes in our VHR beds but still gets burned in our 100 Watt beds if she tries to go the full 20 minutes.

My advice, follow the recs, according to skin type and progress slowly. Even though the Doctor devised skin type chart is somewhat accuracte you develope a history with your clients. Skin typing is only (but valuable) a starting point an not applicable to everyone. As far as going a full 20 in your VHR beds and only 15 in your 20 minute beds......... What is the ratio or UVA AS TO UVB? UVA being the tanning ray and UVB being teh burning ray.............. You should know that tanning is more technical than just slapping a client into an 8x8 room and pushing the start button?????????

Hello! I am a fellow redhead as well! My hair is very very dark though, almost brown, and actually my eyebrows are brown... lol! I have gotten pretty tan over the last few months. I don't know if all redheads tan the same, but this is what I do... I like to use a tanning lotion with a bronzer in it. When I first started out, I only got in for 5 minutes and gradually bumped up the time and I got so much darker gradually and not cooked! lol. Actually, all the redheads in my family can tan too and we either have brown or hazel eyes, so I'm not sure if it's the same for all redheads, but it's neat. None of us have freckles either. But I use stuff called Need 4 Speed with bronzer. It works really well!
