hello i'm new here ..
i've been using cafe bronzer HOT for a year and all of a sudden i broke out in itchy rashes in a fwew spots on the inside of my arm ... please some one HELP ... i love that lotion ..

Are you possibly taking a new medication? That could be one problem.

nope ... it's very frustrating cuzz' i can't find a lotion that will compare to CBhot , i tried amaretto hot yesturday and it close

Are you using the same bottle as you were before or did you just buy a new one?

Also, you say the inside of my arm...(where),have you switched soaps or deodorant?

it breaks out right where my elbow bends on the inside .. i use oil of olay soap w/ shea butter
but i have a habit of spraying myself down w/ perfume , even b4 i tan .

Tanning and perfume really don't mix. Even though you have used a product for a long time with no apparent problems, you may have a mild sensitivity or even allergy to an ingredient in the product. As you continue to use it, you body finally has had all of it that it can handle and reacts by breaking out, itching, etc. Also, tingle lotions tend to be a little drying to skin. Why not switch off to a different non-tingle, non-bronzer lotion for awhile? I would stay out of tanning bed or booth until the rash is completely gone before trying again.
