for your skin that you wouldn't give up??
I'll think of the one thing that I do that I wouldn't give up but I am not sure what it is.

Moisturizing..if that is what you mean....I moisturize my skin everyday and I wouldnt want to give the up, I think my skin loves it and I like the fact that is hasnt started saggin yet..hope that it has to do with the fact that I try to pamper it.

I'm with you Margaret. We are talking Cleanser, Toner, Moisturize Moisturize big time!! Of course I definitely wouldn't give up the tan skin to be "pale & stale" either LOL.

I began a series of microdermabrasion treatments this fall. As a result, I am using much better product$ on my skin and relying on sunless for my face. I can tell a huge difference. I would have to say retinol (derm strength) and moisturizer and sunscreen for face are the things I wouldn't give up. I am older than most of you and the years of tanning had started to show.

Thanks, Christine'. I think of you every morning when I brush on my bronze tan!

AlohaTanCA, my skin has a much smoother texture. The little lines have been minimized and the splotchiness is gone. Makeup goes on smoother and looks better all day. It IS odd to see my face with no tan when it is bare but I use a sunless spray and a great bronzing powder to give the illusion of a tan. Sometimes, I tan my face for the last couple of minutes of a sesson but not every time. I am very happy with the result of the treatments. I did a series of 1 every 7-10 days for 5 treatments and now do one a month. I still am seeing improvements. I decided if I was going to spend the money that I would also use the products that my aesthetician recommended. I believe they also are largely responsible for my success in improving my skin. Also, and Christine' can address this better than I, make sure you go to someone who knows what they are doing. Sometimes, a beauty salon will buy a machine and hang out a sign and they really have not had much training. The aesthitician I go to is in a Plastic Surgeons office. (Not saying all aesthiticians in beauty salons are bad....just check out their credentials and education. Some states require special training and licensing and others do not) Good Luck!

When I tell them, I love to see the look on there faces. I do tan my face, but was thinking about not doing it so often either. I also use tons of moisturizer on my body to.......
