I have the hardest time finding a foundation for my face when I am tan. Most of them end up looking too pink or orange. I prefer the powder type foundation instead of the liquid. I have never had good results from liquid. Is there a brand that anyone can recommend?

I use Clinique clarifying liquid foundation(for oilier skin). It comes in a tube, and goes on seamlessly.I love it! I have tried many foundations, but this one seems to work the best for me.The shade I use is Perfect Almond, and I am pretty tan.Hope this helps!

I always use Caltan Suddenly sun bronzing powder over my moisturizer with a little concealer stick under my eyes and on my nose and I find that I don't need foundation with this. When I want to look less matte, I mix Revlon Skinlights gold glow with the peach glow. The gold is too dark and the peach is too light but together they make the perfect colour. Lancome Photogenic foundation in o6 natural is a gorgeous tan colour too.

I have used MaryKay products for years. My skin is very oily and doesn't respond well to change (believe me, I've tried and always end up with breakouts & blackheads). I use cocoa beige oil free foundation. It blends through all stages of my tan. If I need a little darker I use CalTan Suddenly Sun powder across my nose and cheeks. Works well for me.

I never use a foundation for my skin..feels to heavy..but I always use a powder and when I am looking for extra bronzage I have also been using CalTan Suddenly Sun but I want to find something new! I think I am going to try to find the Prescriptives Duo Bronzing powder that Tropical Image was speaking of....

Try Clinque tinted moisturizer. It is made for tan skin I believe. And the words tinted moiturizer don't really describe it actually. It is thicker and browner than a moisturizer, not as heavy as a typical foundation, AND the right shades for a tan.

Bronzebabe you will love the Prescriptives Duo Bronzing Powder... It comes in 2 shades, I use the So Warm. It has a light gold color to give your cheekbones a nice gold highlight (i also put the light gold color on my eyelids) and then it has the bronzing powder which i dust all over and it looks great ! Let me know how you like it!

There are several bronzing powders on the market...
test before you buy it...make sure you walk around with it on for awhile... some bronzers change colour in an hour or so after wearing it....... Look for one that matches your tone rather than one that looks like a "fake" colour..... Again try before you buy..... C |
