Can you enlighten us about this condition. Once you do the treatment for it, will it return?

I have suffered from this problem for many years. Mine was caused by early exposure to the sun before spfs were invented. These rough dry patches on the skin can be a problem if left untreated. Treatments include dermabrasion, creams that eat away the fist couple of layers of skin, freezing, or cutting the offending area out. No fun at best.
