psoriasis & eczema ?

Christine and anyone else who knows..
Is in UVB that helps with psoriasis & eczema or is it UVA ??

Normally it's the UVB. But some patients use medications from the doctor that specifically work in combination with UVA. So, you just have to find out. But most people need the UVB.
