Rep Power: 0 | In talking with some salon owners I have come to find that they really dislike B&BW products and say that they are really not good for the skin. I dont want anyone to trash anyones business, but could someone explain to me what could be in these products, or not for that matter, that makes some owners dislike them so much? |

Rep Power: 28 | A few years ago I had a client complaining (outside of salon) that we caused a rash on her. She was blaming our cleaning solutions. Finally she and her aunt went to the pharmacy to see what they could get to help the rash. When the pharmacists found out that she was using Bath and Body products (during his questioning) he told them that many of B&BW products cause skin irritation on people. I really don't know what ingrediants cause the problem. But this is a true story from my salon. She discontinued using them and the rash cleared up. |

Rep Power: 23 | I can see where the high level of perfumes used in their products could cause a reaction in someone. I really like their body sprays and keep a bottle in my tag bag in case I don't like the after tan odor of a particular lotion. I like a few of their other products and have been using them for quite some time. Never to tan with of course. I like products from The Body Shop more. Just harder to get since I don't have one here in town. Anyone got any negative info I need to know about Body Shop products? |
