Remember...that you must not just eat right..you also must be sure you are not loading into your body all kinds of junk that is counter-productive to the good stuff.........

Drugs and booze are a big no no if you are wanting your skin to look good and feel good.........

Well I have come to peace with the fact that I have a problem...Starbucks...I have something from there at least once a day if not twice...I am VIP..oh yes they know my name through the drive-through! I might as well just buy stock and own some of the company because I spend so much money there!
