Why Does A Tan Disappear?

The "tan" or pigmentation process, occurs in the epidermis, the top skin layer. The epidermis replaces all its skin cells every 28-30 days. Cells in the inner portion of the top skin layer themselves, migrate to the surface, and as a result of UV exposure, rise to the surface and flake off. Therefore, a tan can be maintained only by repeated exposure to UV light.

hehehe, JC is so missing Chris that he is researching her profession. Isn't that nice. Hope my husband misses me as much as you do Chris. (I think he does, but I don't see him online or telling anyone that it gets bavk to me.) Well when I went to Vegas, I did have someone tell me he looked like a lost puppy.
