I have a customer with Psoriasis... she purchased her lotion from her previous salon ... says she is using Swedish Beauty in a white bottle with no fragrence.. Her dermatologist recommended it for her... Wants another bottle but I have been to their (SB) website and cannot find anything like this??? Anyone know? Any suggestions on something else she should be using?

Are you sure it is not JA?.....if it is a very old bottle it might be Swedish Beauty. Sounds to me like it might be JA Formula S---for sensitive skin. Also I have some people with sensitive skin have had good luck with JA Spectrum.

Now that makes sense... I will ask my customer that question.. thanks Teresa...

I have not tried this lotion yet.. a tingle factor of 1 is it noticeable?

I had used the JA Formula A and Formula S (which I believe was SB when I used it)along time ago before I started using tingles and I could not notice it.

Re: Psoriasis

If you are still looking for a product that gives relief from Psoriasis, try Plantolin Dry Skin Salve. It is an herbal extract from a plant grown in Australia. It is clinically tested to give positive relief of Eczema and Rosacia also. It helps to sooth the irritation and itchiness and helps to moisturize the skin. The Aborigines have been using Plantolin herb for centuries and if they use it there has to be something good about it.

Re: Psoriasis

doesn't matter what tanning lotion she uses it will have no effect on her psoriasis. Tanning dries it out. the lotion only helps her tan not the psoriasis.

Re: Psoriasis

What a sales pitch. I've tried them all, and your Plantolin surely can't be that miracle cure we've all been looking for. Any salon moisturizer will have the same effect on psoriasis. Uv and keeping the skin moist will make the psoriasis less irritating.

Re: Psoriasis

I would not recommend any lotion to help with psoriasis. Only recommend lotions to achieve a great looking tan.
