Here's the skinny on how to lose pounds and inches(or look like you did) instantly..... 1.Wear black. It makes you look littler. 2.Wear high heels for a tall, slim look. 3.Cut the bread.Before going to a restaurant,stand before the mirror and say the words "Please remove the bread basket from the table" Yeah you did it, now tell that nice waiter the same thing! 4.Tape a picture of your skiiny self to the fridge. Remind yourself what you can look like. 5.Tape a picture of your fat self to the fridge for motivation. Reminder:This is not what you want to look like. 6.Limit head-on-vision. Do a "Miss America" and stand at an angle that presents a 3-quarter body profile. 7.Don't keep up with the Joneses.Take one bite of food for every tow your dining companion takes. 8.Boost your sandwiches with lettuce, tomato,sprouts,etc. you will get a bigger sandwich with few additional calories and no extra fat! Bonus! 9.Take a shower or bath when a food craving strikes. It relaxes you. 10.Phone a talkative friend when a food craving occurs. 11.Brush your teeth, chew gum, immediatley after eating to stope you from eating more. 12.Wear makeup 13.Stand near fatter people.They make you look thinner. 14.Get a hairstyle that that thins your face. 15.Smash your trash.When you throw away food,bury it under other trash so there is no turning back to eat it. 16.Do a computer enhanced photo of a new you. 17.Match lingerie to your bed sheets. You'll blend. 18.Chew sugarless gum while you prepare meals,so you dont snack. 19.Cross legs at ankles.Thighs/calves will look slimmer. 20.Get you ice cream fix from those world's tiniest spoons. 21.Drink a tall glass of water before every meal. 22.Get a tan. A tan helps you look thinner! 23.Work for your snacks.Clean before you snack. 24.Have teeth cleaned/whitened professionaly. Don;t want to put bad food in with those pearly whites. 25.Give yourself a maincure when a craving strikes, if your hands are wet, it is hard to be snacking! How fun these all are, and really love to see that tanning is becoming a trend with weight loss industry. The general manager of 10 weight watchers centers tans with us, and she tells her customers to tan because it will help in the process of weight loss and their self image.
