Diet Coke addiction

Hi Chris
Is Diet Coke bad for your skin?
I am sorta, well, alright, COMPLETLY ADDICTED to diet coke.....
I cant stop opening the cans....lol

You can blame my mom for it, because its all she drinks...We need Diet Coke I.V.
Well, anyway, what do you think about this Diet Coke?????

Try very very hard to replace your Diet drinks with water..

Even if you HAVE to HAVE them... try very very hard to limit your intake of soft drinks..

If you don't like plain water.. try putting fresh orange or even pineapple "real" juice in it.. Once you get to drinking your 8 8oz glasses a day..your body will crave it..
Remember if you are thirsty..your body is already dehydrated.. DRINK H2o you will feel better and watch the skin improve..
Hydration is NOT Tea,Coffee,Soda Pop..even fruit drinks.. It is WATER....
Go grab a glass guyz.. Your body will thank you for it..

You didn't list either Smirnoff Ice or Millers Genuine Draft on your "OK To Drink" list and since Diet Dr. Pepper isn't allowed either, what am I to do?

I did it!!!!!! If I can nearly give up soda than anyone can. I used to drink more than 12 cans of diet coke per day, now I drink water, water, water. I still have 1 or 2 sodas per day but they are now diet, caffiene free. I started by sticking a slice of lemon in my bottles of water (cause it was so yucky) now I reach for the water first before soda.
