Chris, do you have any fabulous recipes or suggestions for FEET? I am spending 2 and 1/2 hours on a soggy field hockey field running around with the little lovelies every day. I get home and my feet are a nightmare! My socks are soaked through, my feet are wrinkled like they've spent too much time in a bath. Then when they dry out they are DRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

I've tried using a pumice stone in the shower to get some of the dead skin off. I have been using Vaseline Intensive Care or Baby Oil gel on my feet before bedtime, then I put socks on for the night. They still really look like the feet of an athlete, not a little chica.

I read this recipe in a Family Circle magazine
called "Fabulous Foot Scrub" spa secret.........

To Do:
In a bowl warm up 1/2 cup body oil in microwave, about 30 seconds. Stir in 1 cup brown sugar and 4 drops each of lemon and ginger essential oils. Soak feet in warm water to soften skin. Apply mixture generously with loofah, rubbing gently in a circular motion to remove dead skin. Rinse well, pat dry
Finally apply a moisturizer(total immersion:)) while feet are still slightly damp.

And Voila...Happy Feet!
