Please do not tell people to contact you for samples or info if you won't respond! On 8/1/02 I contacted you via e-mail based on your eager response to requests on this site. I have the e-mail saved for those that are going to doubt me.
The most hilarious thing is that someone from your company is now calling me on my cell# because the Salon seller is giving my # to her as contact for buying lotions. Why do all lotion manufacturers ignore you until they want to sell you? Right now I want to BUY but you won't respond so please don't ask me why I won't buy when YOU want to sell!!!! |

I do know Eric has been away for awhile and only checks in once in awhile..
I will call Eric this morning about this.. Please know he will get back to you on this right as soon as I can reach him.. Eric is working hard to keep all promises.. he is a wonderful stand up guy.. I understand your frustration.. Please let me try to fix this right now. C |

Your post is almost comical!
Why post this here? Obviously if you have my number, my email and my cell phone if you truly were interested in receiving a sample of the product, and you had not received the sample, why not contact me directly? If your sole purpose by posting this here was to make a statement trying to discredit what we are doing as a company, I think you are going to be sadly disappointed my friend. If samples were overlooked, for that I do apologize. I think you will find there are many a person here that can verify that we have absolutely no problems sending samples to salons for evaluation. In fact I have been told the sample boxes that we send are overly generous. My guess is if someone from our company is calling you it is Linda our office manager calling to verify that samples are going to an actual salon. (Our standard procedure) I did a search in my email database for Mark Haole with no luck, so if you did contact me it was not under the alias that you are posting and I have now way of contacting you directly so please contact me. Now if you want to start an argument you have succeeded! First off I never said I had all your #'s as you stated. I SAID I responded to the E-Mail address you give on this site! I am totally computer illiterate so anyone who can tell me how to attach the e-mail sent to Eric on 8/01/02 to prove what I said please tell me. Do not start off a conversation calling ME a LIAR! I have NO agenda! Why are you so defensive? What do YOU have to hide? If you think this is an attack at you or your company ..please see the JA forum and my dissapproval of thier performance! I also stated someone from your company is calling my Cell# and leaving messages STATING that the present(soon to be past) salon owner GAVE her the # to call me for buying decisions! First let me say that I do not personally know Eric. But I do beleive that 20 days is not enough time to get this upset. Even though we usually expect immediate responses, it is not always possible. Why not post a simple question as to the reason for the delay without getting accusatory?
I would think that you should have told the rep calling you on your cell # that you had requested samples but had not received them yet. That AFTER you had the samples you would consider wether or not to carry the product. |

Becky made very good points in her post. Sometimes we are all so busy that we forget things. I would assume that the email you sent in may have possibly been misdirected or possibly deleted. I sometimes delete things not knowing what I have done.
One call to Eric and I am sure this will be taken care of. Try it. I have had great response from Eric. He is for the betterment of our industry. Give him a chance. |

I don't believe I ever called you a LIAR, and trust me know one has a clearer conscious than I so you can argue all you want, most likely you will not a get a rise from me. You say that you sent me a message on 8.1.02, by all means you very well may have sent an email. Not including the 35 invitations to come gamble on line, the 29 messages to invest in some new earth shattering newly released stock, the 18 messages asking me to try Herbal Viagra, 8 invitations to refinance my house, 3 messages from my wife telling me to have a good day, there were 29 actual messages both internally sent, and from external people like vendors and customers, and all of them will get a response or get deleted. Mine point is this, I searched for your email from 8/1/01….YOUR EMAIL NEVER GOT HERE, did I send you a response? Do you have a receipt acknowledgement that I received the message….. You are quick to judge yet you base this entire post, on something I may have had zero control over…. With regards to someone calling you from our company… I currently have 3 individuals in our customer service departments that call salons. Our company does our distribution though one of the national distributors that we have. Since we do no outside telemarketing to non-existing accounts I would say that the salon owner that gave your cell number out is at fault not us!!! IF YOU ARE THIS SENSITIVE, man are you in a world or trouble, all we are doing is maintaining a few existing accounts and recommending them to distributors, wait till the real telemarketing companies get your number…YOU WILL BE IN FOR A REAL SURPRISE THEN. Like I said in my original response, I apologize to you if I misplaced your message or if it was lost in the global web ether. Please feel free to reattempt to contact me at any one of the methods listed, including a PM through this system. I will be happy to send you samples, and a list of distributors that carry our items. (Which by the way, we do have some people here that actually sends the samples not me personally. Since I am the most involved on this site, I act as the contact individual) I think maybe you should go and reread you original post and evaluate how you presented your “potentially viable gripe” about not getting samples. I you think that the way you worded your post was meant only to create some type of “shock impact” . I recommend you go read the Four Agreements… OR better yet I will buy it for you and send it with your samples… It is a great read… _________________ Eric T.
