Re: Eyelash Tinting

I was reading something somewhere about a mascara that creates "tubes" around your eyelashes to thicken and enhance them. then when you wash your face, the tubes come right off.....

Don't remember where, when, or how I heard about it. I guess I will do more research...Anybody else know anything about it?

Re: Eyelash Tinting

It sounds like your speaking of an eyelash primer. They are usually latex based, dry very quickly and do make your eyelashes much thicker and a bit longer, after it dries you put your mascara over it and your eyelashes are totally kickin!!

Re: Eyelash Tinting

Wow.....wish it were that inexpensive here. I just do my own since I get no irritation when I do it myself. If I get it done in a salon I seem to get really bad irritation.

Re: Eyelash Tinting

Awesome Crystal!! Thanks so much for the link. I think I will try this and see how it works for me. It will be nice not to have to wait for my appointment time to get a FRESH TOUCHUP....
HE HE HE.... What do you think about the Tart Cheek Stain (tarte is really how its spelled).... Just a funny, that's all....

My grandma used to call girls cheap tarts when they wore too much rouge.....

You never did tell me where in Colorado you are located....

Re: Eyelash Tinting

We do eyelash/brow tinting. Clients love it & we have quite a few that do it regularly. We charge $10 for Brows & $15 for Lashes.

Also, we offer Lash Extensions! Other salons in the area charge $85+ but we only charge $60. They look AWESOME!

Re: Eyelash Tinting

Here at our salon we use Intensive color for the eyelashes we have had about 10 people get them done and one of the clients had about 10 eyelashes fall out...does anyone know why or how that could of happened?

Re: Eyelash Tinting

I have been tinting my own lashes for the last 20 + yrs :) It was trendy during the ealry 80s.
Boots in the UK sells the tube and brush and it is very easy to do on your own lashes.
What I would love to try are the eyelash extensions.
