I hear that a light and gentle natural sand srub of your arms and legs and back at the beach is great to exfoliate your skin.

The first and natural way a scrub came about.
Sun, sand and pure ocean water, its all natrual.

It is abrassive if there are broken pebbles and shells in the sand..

Soft light sand is best if wanting to use a sand exfoliant.
Remember ships in the Ocean leave oil and tar in the water, that wash up on the beach sometimes.. be sure the sand you are using is clean before you begin this adventure..
