OUR FEET!!!

Did you know our feet carry us up to 10,000 steps per day.. more than 3 million paces per year..75,000 miles by age 50 and 115,000 miles in an average lifetime!!!
Each foot is a complexed structure made up of 26 bones..107 ligaments,19 muscles,33 joints,250,000 sweat glands and thousands of nerve endings.....

Add a freaking bone spur on my left heel, which really curtails my ability to run on the treadmill. I had no idea how much those suckers HURT!!!
