Chris is going to yell at me when she gets back...

I went tanning this morning in a super-strong bed... then after my carpentry stint I was so stressed that I went for a nice long bike ride. Like an hour. Without SPF. I didn't burn but I got a double-dose of UV today and I feel so guilty. hehehe

Im guilty of that also. Sunday I went in a high pressure bed and after I left I went and lay by the pool from 12:35 - 4:50 I got some great color though ... I didnt use any spf either .

And I didnt burn either. But I wont be doing this again.

I'm telling her when she calls home tonight. You are both on restriction until she gets back...I grew up in Florida before there was such a thing as SPF so I forget alot and she yells at me all the time.

I spent all day yesterday at the local county fair with co-workers. Everyone kept asking me if I had sunscreen on and I kept telling them "I have natural sunscreen...it's called A TAN!" lol
