Rep Power: 0  | Not surprisingly, summer is the season when bronze makeup reigns supreme and this year is no exception. Expect to see sun-kissed cheeks, copper highlights, and golden gams everywhere you go. Not quite sure how to go about turning yourself into a bronze goddess? It's ok, I've got the 411 My favorite bronze look so far this summer is on nails. Plus it's easy to do: Brush on a pale shade of metallic bronze or gold polish, then use a darker bronze polish to paint nail tips (about 1/8 inch thick, no matter how long your nails are). Don't forget your toes! As all us tanners know, bronzed skin creates the optical illusion of firmness and diminished cellulite. For those who want to fake it try Urban Decay Liquid FX. I love this stuff prior to clubbing also! Toss that heavy winter foundation and try a tinted lotion instead. I like Dr Hauschka Translucent Bronze Concentrate, a light lotion that gives your complexion a sunny glow as it evens out skin tone. Plus, it smells great. Give your eyes an extra sparkle with bronze liner. Wet a straight edge synthetic brush, then dip it in metallic bronze sparkles like Rocket City's It Sparkles and line at the lash line. |
