The key words here Stacy you just said was.."once in awhile".. I like that!!
How many people grab a coffee..coke..mountain dew..soda pop..every time they need to hydrate? We looked over our client data sheets for the treatment room in regards to this question.. How much water do you drink in a 24 hour day? 68% of the clients said 1-3 glasses per day.. (and these may not even be 8 oz glasses).. If you begin to make yourself drink water..you'll be suprised how you crave it.. Judge for yourself..in a 24 hr day.. how many times did you grab a glass of H2O? How many coffees? Sodas? Fruit drinks? Keep a data sheet for one week.. and see... Remember if you are not drinking 8 8 oz glasses a day you missing out on the benefits of watering yourself!!!! Your skin will look better..you will feel better..you will even have more engergy.. C |

Long Island has a breast cancer cluster. Here in town where I live we have a brain tumor cluster. and an autism cluster. (I know, not a form of cancer but another difficult condition)
That Jersey water is baaaaaaaaaaad. |

According to a recent University of Connecticut study...
If your diet is protien packed with meats,power shakes,eggs.. you'll need to drink two more than the recommended 8 glasses of 8 ozs of water a day to wash out the extra waste produced by these foods. To keep fluid levels flushed you need to drink a glass first thing in the morning and remember to drink your water before you go to bed.. Even though you are not working out while you are sleeping.. your body still loses water over night. Your skin will look better and you will feel better.. So grab yourself a glass of H2O .. |
