Good Behavior Hair Rinse..

If your hair has refused to shine since you were 18 thry this one..

Combine 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar and 21/2 cups water. Leave on your hair 1 minute and rinse.
Does it smell funny to you? It will go away when you rinse it out, but you can mask it by adding 5 drops of oil of cloves.

Remember NEVER pour straight vinegar on your head it will strip the hair of essential oils.

Here's some, Enjoy!

~Strawberry Cleanser~(use this to brighten dull looking skin)
Mash together 2oz of ripe strawberries with 1/2 pint semi-skimmed milk. Strain through a fine sieve and use cottone balls to smooth onto face. Wipe skin clean with moist cotton ball.

~Lemon and Honey Cleansing Scrub~
Mix together the juice of a whole lemon, 2 tablespoons finely ground almonds and 1 tablespoon honey. Scrub neck and face gently with the mixture, leave on for 5 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

~Anti-Aging Facial Treatment~
Mash togehter 1/2 small tub of double cream and a banana. With a pin or needle pierce a Vitamin E capsule and add to mixture. Mix up well and apply to face and neck. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and remove with damp cotton ball.

~Apricots and Cream~
Soak 1 cup dried apricots in warm water until softened. Then puree in blender with 2 tablespoons skim milk powder, apply to face leave on for 15 minutes, gently wipe of with damp wash cloth.

~Cucumber and Yougurt~
Puree 1/2 peeled sliced cucumber in blender and add 1 tablespoon yogurt. Apply to face leave on for 20 minutes, wipe with damp cloth.

~Hair Shine~(Add sparkle to you hair!)
Wash hair as normal with your regular shampoo, and then mix a jug of 1 part clean warm water and 3 parts beer. Pour straight onto hair as final rinse. Blot gently with towel. Don't worry the sell of beer will disappear as you hair dries.

~Fruit Salad Tingling Body Mask~(softening and exfoliating)
Using a blender, puree together 2 large slices pineapple, half a honeydew melon, a dozen green grapes, 1 banana, 1 pear, and 1 kiwi until mixture is fairly lumpy. Refrigerate for an hour, apply to face and body leave on for 1/2 an hour. Rinse with tepid water.

~Avocado Hair Masque~(bring hair back to life)
In a bowl place the flesh of 1 avocado and 2 tablespoons honey. Mash well together and massage into your hair, leave on for 20-30 minutes and then wash hair as usual.

It is not a good idea to put raw egg on your face. Eggs uncooked can carry many bacteria!
The whiskey might kill some of the bacteria, but it will also dry out your skin.

Face mask for normal skin
1 tablespoon whiskey
1 whole egg
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
juice of 1 lemon

I have heard that putting the raw egg yolk on your face was like putting an "accutane Cocktale" on your skin...
using it like a mask...every once and a while...

That the vitamin A in the yolk was very good for the skin, and helped a lot with acne....
Is this true???
thanks

Proteins in the yolks help to break down the oils and help bulid up to release.. Yes Melty this is true..
But don't over do it.. OK!!!!
Every 6 days is enough for this type of mask..
