I have a customer that asked me if I had heard of the fingernail protectors that are like covers that you put over the ends of your fingers. She said she saw it on TV. Has anyone heard of these and if so where can I get information on them?

I understand the need for these as nails can yellow for tanning- but can you really imagine actually bothering with those things? I have to ask- is this one of those clients who takes forever to get ready for her tan? Soon she'll take even longer...

OHH alot of my clients use them.. I have a 4 minute delay..no problem!
When you spend the $$ to keep your nails up( french manicure) and the $$ to tan.. Nail protecters are a MUST!

Hotgirl,

I use the nailsavers and I put them on when I am laying in the tanning bed. They are easy to slip on.

I tried using the JA top coat several times, but it never worked for me!

When we tried the top coat it didn't dry well. Maybe it was just the bottle we had..
We have clients who use the nail protectors and like them a lot.
They slip right on and off after.

I use the JA topcoat. Works great for me. Dries almost instantly. Chris maybe you had a bad batch or something.

yup.. that is what we figured.. it probably got too hot being here in Florida.. I had it in my handbag.. temps probably reached 200 degrees..
I'll get another bottle..
JA makes great products... I'm sure I messed it up by keeping it my handbag..

Re: finger nail protectors

I've used a few different ones too, like the poster above, nailsavers work great. I think you can order them directly at http://www.nailsavers.com
