Rep Power: 0 | quick ? are vitamins just as effective if u put them in a blender with a drink... my vitamins are huge and this is the only way i can get them down...and i cant find chewable with as many vitamins as the ones im taking now. |

Rep Power: 23 | empty stomach???? that's nuts, you need food for the vitamins to be properly absorbed. If you have a good diet you don't need to take vitamins daily. High doses of anti oxidants will prevent tanning. Fat soluable vitamins get stored in fat and build up to toxic levels, D. E. and iron. |

Rep Power: 24 | I got a B-12 Shot today from Doc.. I do this once every 3 months.. It makes me feel better.. I have been on the go alot..and had a bit of stress the last couple of weeks (something about two car wrecks in a 6 day time span). Anyway it hurt a little bit.. but I feel great now.. C |

You need to have food with some kind of fat in it in order for your body to be able to absorb those vitamins. |
