Copper is supposed to help fight aging also, but you have to be careful. Adults should take no more than 3 mg in a supplement unless they are SEVERELY deficient. I am big on the copper bandwagon right now!

It is apart of my everyday.. ..

Chris, I never see Vitamin E with the miligrams.....
I always see it as 400 IU's....
So would 1 capsule of a 400 IU be alright...
I know that the Iu stands for international units...right..?

thanks

empty stomach????

that's nuts, you need food for the vitamins to be properly absorbed.

If you have a good diet you don't need to take vitamins daily.

High doses of anti oxidants will prevent tanning.

Fat soluable vitamins get stored in fat and build up to toxic levels, D. E. and iron.

I got a B-12 Shot today from Doc.. I do this once every 3 months.. It makes me feel better..
I have been on the go alot..and had a bit of stress the last couple of weeks (something about two car wrecks in a 6 day time span).

Anyway it hurt a little bit.. but I feel great now..

For a vitamin to be considered "fat-soluble"~~~ that means that it only dissolves in fat. You need to have food with some kind of fat in it in order for your body to be able to absorb those vitamins.
