Chris I ma be completly off on this subject, but I had microdermabrasion done before and they told me it help acne, Not that I have this problem but every now and then I might get an outbreak on my forhead, very minor I may add but they told me it helps.
Is this true?

Taking vitamins E along with C internally is wonderful for you to take.. 200 mg of E each day helps in supporting the skins tissue and there are so many benefits to taking C..
Most of us as we have discussed don’t get enough good foods through-out the day..
Meltabutter.. If you find your face is getting dry by using your acne treatment products use an oil free moisturizer.. Remember even if you’re oily you need moisture.

Key.. Microdermabrasion works on every type of skin.. It is a treatment we do at our studio.
There are different types of microdermabrasion crystals.
We use a salt base crystal. It is not as aggressive as an aluminum oxide..
We have aluminum oxide available to patients in need of a deeper exfoliation.
We see outstanding results after two or three sessions.
If you can afford to do this procedure I suggest it once every 4-6 weeks.

I'm located in Volusia County Florida area, I also posted on another area of the board seeking
a Tanning Salon near or in Daytona/Port Orange area for me to Tan at, Don't think I found any replies yet for my area..

What else thats what she was talking about silicone-based hair straightening product.
That will get on her skin when she washes her hair. it will also transfer from her hair to her face.
What silicon did you think?
