Rep Power: 24 | The goal of using Mud masks on the face and the face and body is simple.. Mud treatments encourage circulation, absorb impurities from the skin, improve surface moisture and increase blood circulation. If exfoliation of the skin has been done right before a mud treatment the results are fantastic. Anyone can benefit from a mud treatment.. Try one today.. Before application of Mud be sure you have cleansed the skin. There are several fine Mud products available on the market. I love a sea mud mask myself, for the face.. And a Volcanic Ash Mud for my body.. Which Mud do you like? Share your ideas with us! Have a great week-end. |

Rep Power: 23 | Ok Chris, I just applied a mud mask. Feels pretty good but is kind of tingly, is this suppose to happen? NOt sure what type of mud it is, it was just an "at-home" type one for all skin types. I'll let you know the results when I rinse this thing off. Wish me luck here.... Stacey |

Rep Power: 23 | Ok ok here I am. I recovered and it was actually a good thing after I managed to get it off. My skin was very smooth and clean, unblocked pores. I don't know why it was burning my eyes though...I think I may have sensitive eyes. This was just a cheap drugstore version and I think that next time I will purchase something a little better...I liked doing this at home, kicked back relaxing. Great results for my complexion. Sorry for the delay in posting...salon going crazy. Stacey |

Rep Power: 23 | stacy, is there any chance that the mask you used was the MUDD Spa Treatment brand, from the eckards, walgreens, CVS stores... My sister has this, and I used it once, and it BURNED my eyes SO bad!!!.. It wasn't the skin around my eyes, but it litterally burned my eyes, like if you rubbed onions in them lol... there must be some weird stuff in there! ~meltdbutta~ |

Rep Power: 24 | I think Mudd needs to be patch tested first on the neck before you go full blowen over the entire face.. A Mud with a volcanic ash base is really the very very best.. It will smooth and tighten the pores and refresh the surface... After a good Mudd Moisturize with an oil free moisturizer ... and see the difference... Let me hear from you.. on which one you picked.. A Fango Mudd is awesome.. |
