Rep Power: 24 | They say we are what we eat!! We that are on the go all the time very often forget about feeding our bodies the right way. Try to include in your daily diets these choices to stimulate the anti-aging process.. Asparagus, Spinash, pasta, cereals and rice are high in Folic Acid, which helps prevent skin discoloration. Milk, eggs and meats are rich in Vitamin A which helps to prevent dry skin. Spinach, citrus, apricot, corn oil, wheat, broccoli contain Vitamins C and E which fight free radicals and help retard aging..it also can help with hair loss. If you are deficient in these vitamins it can lead to veicose veins and poor skin tones. Nuts, Poultry, eggs, lean meats, have B3 in them which help maintain skin and nerve health... they also help convert food into energy. Cabbage, Eggs and molasses along with Brewer's yeast are high in B6, which help fight PMS,Menopause and infertility. Add to the list and help others Look and feel GREAT!! Love, Chris |

Rep Power: 0 | Can I get that carry-out? Really Chris that is great info and I know I should eat better (Just like I'm gonna get to the gym tomorrow!) but most of the time I grab what I can in a spare moment. So far today, it has been McD's and Subway and alot of M & M's. I'm not sure what dinner will be. Maybe I'll cook on the grill if I remember how. Thanks for reminding us to take care of ourselves while we are taking care of everyone else. Pam |

Rep Power: 23 | My meals for today consisted of: 4 cups of coffee, 3 bites of a Subway sandwich Hershey kisses and about 10 cups of water! Thanks for the reminder. Pam's right, it's so easy to keep putting it off. People always think I look young, but I don't feel it!! Nine nail clients today, and a million tanners, I just eat what I can when I can!! |

Rep Power: 24 | Have you ever tried The Zone Bar? They have Chocolate covering them and they are actually good for you. They give you the right amount of what you need. I love these bars. The Chocolate and Peanut Butter ones are my favorite. It's a meal replacement and sounds perfect if you can't get your hands on good food because you, like me work all the time. Try them1 Have a great day! Kimberly |

Rep Power: 23 | I LOVE ZONE BARS!!!!!!!! That's what I've been living on lately between work and coaching.... They are protein/meal bars that you can get at the Vitamin Shoppe, most nutrition stores, and I've even seen them at Target. They are great because they have just enough fat in them to make you feel TRULY satisfied and full. (instead of eating a few crackers and then still being hungry) I always have mine with a glass of water and I'm good to go for another few hours. They have lots of vitamins in them as well. They are available in many flavors. My favorites are Strawberry Yogurt, Chocolate Mint, and Fudge Graham. They taste soooo good that you forget that they're actually GOOD FOR YOU!! |
