Here is a skin-smoothing recipe for those times when you missed applying your spf to a spot while out doors in the sunshine.

You will need
2 tbsp. oatmeal
4 tbsp. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. witch hazel
1 tbsp. lemon juice
an old handkercheif
1 cotton ball
1 shot glass of cream or milk

What to do..
Mix the 1st 4 ingredients together in a glass bowl, spread the mixture over 1/2 of the hankie, fold over the other 1/2 (so that the mixture is sandwiched), and place it over you burned area....
Now relax for about 30 minutes

Remove the treatment and wipe the affected skin with a milk/cream soaked cotton ball....

Fesls better doesn't it..?
Look Good Feel Good Be Good Don't forget your SPF when going outdoors to have FUNZ!

Chris
