For EFT programs to work effectively there should not be contracts involved. It is the contract the puts a negative spin on any program. The benefit of the EFT is the opportunity to get a tanner to commit to your salon. the most important aspect is to give the salon owner a stronger flow of revenue. For EFT to work you must have a consistent level of communication with the tanner and a high level of customer service.
Like all aspects of a successful business model your programs must change with the times and needs of your client. this also applies to the EFT programs. Multiple EFT options and packages that reduce EFT cancellations is also important.
The bottom line is that a salon properly structured that offers EFT programs will always generate annual incomes grater than a salon that does not offer these packages. Be careful to understand that you can't just add EFT programs. Your overall price structure must support the EFT membership. If you offer session packages improperly discounted, EFT will not work.
