Does anyone know of a good spray tan sealer to keep your spray tan on in pools?

no. Just let it dry completely and you'll be fine

Chlorine will bleach off the tan, dry or not. The coppertone brand mentioned does help. Also make sure they use a body lotion ASAP after getting out of the water and then re-apply the coppertone.

Along with above you need to rinse asap after getting out of pool

Chlorine is an exfoliate thus why it removes the tan ;) I never use non salon approved products on my spray tans. I just come to terms if I am going in chlorine it will not last as long. It also won't last as long in the ocean since the sand floating in the water acts as an exfoliater.
