Need help with a sunburst - tanTALK

I have a sunburst by ultra sun that sometimes half the lamps do not go on I've already changed the relay the brain looked for loose wires I've wirenut the blue wires and it still does this any help would be great.

Did you use a new contactor?

Also, check the black wires for the ballasts on the ballast tray. They are connected at a common point too.
