sunvision timer changed max tan time - tanTALK

Hi everyone, I have a 2001 ets pro24s. I have had it for three years and its been great with no issues. I just recently unplugged it to move the bed and clean behind it. Once I plugged it back in the beds digital timer board will only go to 10 minutes. This bed is a 20 minute bed and has always started up on 20 and now it starts at 10. The bed still works great just bugs me that it changed. All the digital timer has is a start and stop buttons and the digital display. I have the owners manual but it does not go into this problem.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Programming changed on board maybe voltage surge caused it. I can reprogram it for you. Call me anytime Monday after 9am pst.
